A somatic journey to reconnect with your body's innate wisdom and release what no longer serves you.
My therapeutic approach draws from Core Energetics, a profound body-based healing modality developed by psychiatrist and bioenergetic analyst John Pierrakos. This work recognizes that we are fundamentally energetic beings—that our life force, emotions, and consciousness are inextricably connected through the body's energy systems.
Your body's energy holds profound intelligence. It knows where healing needs to happen, what emotions need to be felt, and what patterns are ready to be released. Through Core Energetics, we learn to read this energetic language—the tension in your shoulders that speaks of carrying too much, the restricted breathing that protects against feeling too deeply, the way your energy contracts when certain topics arise.
This isn't about forcing change or pushing through resistance. It's about following your body's own wisdom, trusting the intelligence that already knows how to heal, and creating the conditions for your natural vitality to flow freely again.
My approach to healing has been shaped not just by training, but by a deep personal journey of understanding what truly facilitates transformation. This work emerged from the intersection of rigorous professional training, direct experience in mental health settings, and my own path of inner exploration.
My formal training began at the Institute of Body Psychotherapy in Brisbane, Australia, where I studied under Andrea Alexander. This training provided me with a solid foundation in understanding how the body holds our psychological and emotional patterns, and how healing happens through embodied awareness rather than analysis alone.
But my introduction to body-based healing came earlier, through my own experience as a client. Working with Yaniv Gafner—who had been a patient of Alexander Lowen, the founder of Bioenergetics—I experienced firsthand the profound shifts that can happen when we include the body's wisdom in our healing process. That personal experience of transformation became the foundation for everything that followed.
My own practice of meditation and personal development has drawn from both Eastern and Western approaches—from mindfulness traditions to somatic practices, from depth psychology to contemplative inquiry. This isn't academic knowledge but lived experience, years of discovering what actually supports growth and what merely sounds good in theory.
This personal practice has been essential to my work. I can only guide others as far as I've been willing to go myself. The territories I invite clients to explore—trusting their body's wisdom, feeling difficult emotions, accessing their inner knowing—are territories I continue to navigate in my own life.
I don't work from a manual or follow a prescribed protocol. Instead, I work from a place of trained intuition, drawing from everything I've learned while remaining present to what's actually happening in the room with each person. This allows for authentic, responsive healing that meets you exactly where you are.
These are areas that I resonate with due to my personal experience and growth in these areas:
Your sexual energy is an expression of your vital life force. When this vital force flows freely, it enhances everything—your relationships, creativity, confidence, ambition, and daily vitality.
Anger, when befriended, becomes a powerful ally that helps us enforce boundaries, navigate confrontation, and assert ourselves effectively in daily life.
Working with chronic muscle tension is a pathway to unlocking your full potential while understanding the deeper patterns that have shaped you.
While traditional talk therapy often focuses on understanding why something happened, Core Energetics asks: "What is your body trying to tell you right now?" Instead of analyzing patterns from a distance, we explore them as they live in your system—as tension, as energy, as the actual felt experience of being you.
This approach recognizes that:
In our work together, you'll learn to:
This is not about becoming someone new—it's about remembering who you truly are beneath the layers of protection, conditioning, and old wounds. It's about coming home to yourself, fully and authentically.
"You don't need to be fixed. You need to be seen, heard, and reminded of the profound intelligence that already lives within you."
Real therapeutic work requires trust and resonance. Before we begin, let's have a conversation to see if my approach aligns with what you're seeking. No pressure, no sales pitch—just two humans connecting to see if there's potential for meaningful work together.
