The Inner Path

Remembering the wisdom you already carry

Sacred stillness, ancient knowing

If you've found your way here, you may be one of those seekers

These words — "Know thyself" — were carved into the Temple of Apollo at Delphi over two millennia ago. They remain as relevant today as they were to the ancient seekers who came seeking guidance.

I believe we each carry an infinite source of wisdom that can guide our most important decisions, heal our deepest wounds, and illuminate our truest path. Yet in a world that constantly tells us to look outward for answers, we've forgotten how to listen inward.

Perhaps you've tried traditional therapy and found it helpful but incomplete. Maybe you sense there's something more — a deeper way of understanding yourself that goes beyond symptoms and diagnoses. Or you might be ready to move from being guided by others to being guided by your own inner compass.

I offer an alternative path for those who:

Feel called to something deeper than conventional approaches
Want to develop their own capacity for self-guidance rather than external dependence
Seek to align their life with their authentic purpose and values
Are ready to trust the wisdom that already lives within them

This isn't about replacing professional help when it's needed — it's about remembering that you are not broken, and you don't need fixing. You need remembering. You need reconnection. You need to come home to yourself.

Diego Pinzon Rubiano M.A.

I encountered body psychotherapy early in my life, and it transformed me in deep and profound ways. That experience planted a seed — a knowing that this work held something essential, something I would eventually feel called to share with others.

Originally from Colombia and now based in Australia, I bring both international perspective and hands-on clinical experience to this work. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Canberra and a Masters in Transpersonal Psychology from Sofia University in California.

My path has taken me through some of Australia's most pioneering therapeutic work — contributing to the landmark psilocybin trial for end-of-life depression and anxiety at St. Vincent's Melbourne, serving in key roles at the Psychae Institute and within the non-profit sector, and most recently working as an instructor and coordinator for the Vital training program with Psychedelics Today. I continue to work as an independent consultant for the Psychedelic Institute Australia.

My approach integrates Somatic and Transpersonal methods — honouring the body as a gateway to deeper knowing, and recognising that healing happens not just in the mind, but in the whole of who we are.

Beyond the Practice

Diego maintains a regular meditation practice, trains in martial arts, and finds stillness through swimming — each a reflection of the embodied, present way he approaches life and work.
